The Architecture configuration file contains several configuration variables that define the directory path location for frame files used by the placement tools.

When a placement tool is selected, these variables tell the DataGroup System where to search and gather data for that tool. These variables can also point to more than one directory location. This is important because the placement tools are capable of placing multiple file types which are sometimes stored in different locations.
